Credit Pack Terms & Conditions.

Single credit pack 

This 1 credit pack is available to use across our Guided, Free Flow & Social experiences. Credits are shareable with your friends and family. This credit pack is valid for 1 month and once it expires, we are unable to reinstate the credit pack.

By purchasing this credit package, you are acknowledging that you understand our latecomer policy.

This credit pack cannot be refunded or frozen and unused and expired credits are also non refundable.

For members who have purchased a credit pack, the standard option to freeze the pack is not available. However, we recognise that injury, illness, or pregnancy may prevent you from using your credits within the original validity period. In these situations, we offer the possibility of extending the validity of your credit pack as per our Freeze policy.

Please notify our customer service team by submitting a request to hello@fixmcr.co.uk providing details about your injury or illness. To process the extension, we may require a medical note or documentation from your healthcare provider confirming the injury or illness and the recommended recovery period.

Once your request and documentation are reviewed and approved, we will extend the validity of your credits by the necessary amount of time to accommodate your recovery. The extension period will be determined based on the nature and duration of your injury or illness.


8 credit pack 

This 8 credit credit pack is available to use across our Guided, Free Flow & Social experiences. Credits are shareable with your friends and family. This credit pack is valid for 3 months and once it expires, we are unable to reinstate the credit pack.
